The Student Service Center, also known as One-Stop, serves as a single point-of-contact for student services related to the 注册商、会计及 金融援助 办公室.

The Student Service Center works very closely with the 注册商’s Office. At the Student Service Center you can:

• Register for classes
• 找到 out when classes are provided
• Add/drop courses and withdrawal from courses
• Receive academic advisor information
• Obtain grade reports and verification of enrollment
• Order Transcripts
• Get Your Student ID
• Get Your Parking Registration

财务主管

The main functions the Student Service Center provides with regard to the 财务主管’s Office are

• 账单支付
• 学费 deferments
• General tuition and fee questions
• Questions about taxes or obtaining your 1098-T form
• Provide copies of student statements
• Setting up a payment plan -秋季学期
• Setting up a payment plan -春季学期
• Itemized billing statement

金融援助

The Student Service Center assists students with general questions regarding their financial aid. We can help with general questions about the FAFSA, 贷款, 奖学金, 还款, award packages and filling out required documentation. If students need to meet with a financial aid counselor in-person, they can contact the Student Service Center to set up an appointment.
